What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Xcusas products! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:

- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.
- Submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package.
- Only return the wrong/faulty item if our customer care team asks you to.
- Treat the items with care when trying them on.
- Wear underwear when trying them on.
- Do not remove any labels or tags.
- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
- Dirty/worn clothing or pieces missing tags/labels will not be refunded!

**Please Note:** To confirm that the conditions for the exchange are met, we will always require a photo or video of the item you wish to exchange. This helps ensure that the product is in the expected condition.

How do I return an item?
Having to return something can be annoying – we totally get that. So, to make it as easy as possible for you, simply send an email to info@xcusas.com or call at +41767450478, and we will assist you.

Refund
Depending on the country you're from, the returns delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days. After it is received by the Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.

Return fees
The return costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Please remember that providing a photo or video of the item you wish to exchange is essential to ensure the exchange conditions are met. This additional step helps us serve you better and provide a smooth exchange process.
